Not licensed
The question is whether or not you are exempt from licensing or you are in violation of licensing rules. In other words, you are exempt from licensing if you are not required to be licensed. If so, you can claim all the same deductions as a licensed provider. This includes utilities, property tax, mortgage interest, house insurance, house repairs, rent, and home depreciation.- Flag
