Does anyone know how I can go back to fix my attendance hours in 2012? I had not updated the Dec hours for my T/S, and it's only showing 71 hours, which is less than half what should be there. Now of course it's moved onto 2013 and I don't see an option of going back to 2012. I would hate to count all my kids hours out by hand

In the In & out times on the record meals screen, if you hit on the date, you can use the arrow and go back. Hope that makes sense. I can see it in my head, but sometimes it doesn't type right

Go into Minute Menu

Once you have added your December attendance in the attendance section as Mema mentioned above (don't forget to do your meals as well) go to

Accounting
Time/Space Percentage
Highlight December on the left (click on it once with your mouse)
and click the button that says "Calculate Selected Month's Hours from Attendance Records" (the 1st button)
Then click yes.

Your hours should be updated now.

Now in the same screen click on the tab above that says "Calculated Time/Space Percent"
and your time/space should now be updated
