    Home Expense

    Hi,
This is my first post. Needed to replace my sewer and water line for my house. My question is what can a deduct for the $3000? Is it just the T/S% or using depreciation or both? Please Help

Multiply the cost by your time-space % and deduct this in one year as a repair.
