I just got a notice that our state is now requiring radon testing every three years. How is this deducted? The full amount, T/S%?

If we end up needing a mitigation system how would that be handled?

Since this is an expense associated with maintaining your home, use your time-space % of the cost of the testing. Same answer for any mitigation system you purchase.
