    One More Question On 941

Not to beat a dead horse, but I've never filed quarterly taxes, so will it be a problem to file the form with our 2011 return? We always file at the end of the year.

yep. After a while you can call the IRS and request that they switch you to the annual filing but you have to be able to show that your payments are under a certain amount per quarter and year.

To file quarterly estimated taxes you must file Form 1040ES Estimated Taxes. The address you send this to is listed on the instructions to this form. It may be a different address to where you send in your Form 1040.
