Do you enter your house in mmk every year? i need to input and print and head off to tax preparer i have it for first yr.. but do i add in in this yr? again so it hows this yrs time space?

Enter your house into MM once. Print out the depreciation report. Save a copy of this report and give it to your tax preparer each year, to make sure he or she doesn't forget to depreciate your home.
