    Form 1040 es

I'm trying to figure out how to do this form and having a lot of trouble, I was only in business since august of 2011 so I don't have a full year under my belt. I'm not sure how to correctly figure out some of the amounts I need to figure out my estimated taxes for 2012. My husband and I file a married joint return and are receiving a refund this year, I'm not even sure if I need to do this form, is there some where I can go to that explains this form and gives instructions, I have my 2011 tax workbook and organizer but not finding the information I am looking for.

    Estimated taxes

If you expect a refund in 2012, you don't need to file Form 1040 Estimated Taxes. My Tax Workbook has a chapter on filling out Form 1040, which includes a section on estimated taxes.
