Some of the items I put into use for my business in august I bought a year or two ago and don't remember the exact price. Is there a website I can go to to give me the fair market value of items when I placed them in service or am I out of luck as far as depreciating?

You are not out of luck. Simply guess what the fair market value of the items were when you first started using them in your business. There is no website that contains such information. What would a stranger pay you for the items? Use garage sale or thrifty store or craiglist pricing. Take pictures of these items. -
