Hi Tom,

Should I keep photo copies of all checks/money orders received for payments? As proof of income for "loans, public assistance etc"

I'm currently using MMK to input all of my income into, not sure if I should also keep check copies...don't really like the ideal of keeping parents personal information on hand

Checks

I wouldn't make copies of checks you receive. Keep records showing where the money went (checking accounts). Your bank deposit statements will be proof of where your income went.
