    Decimals and rounding

If your time is 27.6, do you round it to 28% when you figure your time space?
Do you round the rooms sq. ft. up or down to the nearest whole number (272.6 would be 273)?

Or, do you always hang onto the decimals and calculate everything exactly? All of your examples turned out whole numbers and none of mine did, and I'm getting really confused. I think I've looked at too many number today and it's fried my brain. It didn't seem complicated until I started doing it.

Thanks Tom. I can't make the webinar, but I'm paying for my tax lady to go--she will probably get more out of it than I would, and she's really interested.

    whole numbers

You can either use 27.6% or 28%. It would be more accurate to use 27.6%, but it's not required. So, you can round off to the nearest whole number.
