Can I do my taxes through Tax Act or Turbo Tax or do I need to do the long form.

Also I sell handmade candles online and at craft fairs. Do I add my profit with my daycare profit and combine it as one?

Tax software

You can use Turbo Tax or Tax Cut to do your taxes. Both of them take you through the instructions for filing the Schedule C or EZ form. You must file the long form Schedule C.

Since your candle business is not related to child care, fill out a separate Schedule C for this business.
