Is my ymca membership a deduction if I take my dck there to swim and play in the gym? How much of it? How about if I get partial reimbursement from my health ins, do I have to reduce my deduction by that much?

Unfortunately, your club memberships are not deductible business expenses. Memberships in professional organizations are deductible. If you paid a separate fee to have the day care children go to the Y, then this would be deductible.
