Drop Off Activities

What do you all do for drop off/pick up activities? I have table projects out for my kiddos at both times which make everything go smoother..Looking for some new ideas. We have lots of busy bags/busy books...we do coloring, blocks,legos, dino rug with dinos etc. Just looking for new inspiration!
