montessori and mixed age group advise

I would like to start adding in montessori activites on a daily bases how do you do this with mixed age groups. I have an infant 10mths that puts everything in his mouth. He only takes one nap so I don't have am nap time to do this. Any advise would be great.

Ok...I thought the whole "thing" with Montessori is there are very few "activities". Don't the teachers just facilitate the children's work, and have a lot of self-correcting materials?
