January Themes

I have 2-3 year olds and so I'm trying to stick more with themes than to focus as much on letters at this point. They are more interested in playing and I figure if we do themes every week for a while they will still get hands on. What themes do other providers use during the month of january?

Winter-I do 2 weeks of winter because their is so much to that we can do with this theme.
