We are hooked on "Pete the Cat" books right now....my kids want to read them every day....plus we have the CD which adds the music for Pete's songs...::

Once the kids get hooked on the pigeon, they'll enjoy looking for him in Mo Willems' other books; he always hides him somewhere in the illustrations.

I made a pete the cat and his 4 groovy buttons felt board last year. Hands down has to be the kids favorite.

Those books actually started out as a song a little girl and her dad made up and then turned into books. I got the music CD with one of the books that I bought from my sons bookfair. It was a little higher price than what I would normally spend, but we sure do love all things Pete the Cat. OH and if you watch Scholastic book orders, I bought a Pete the Cat Plush for like $6.50...

We all love to dance with him.
