Do You Encourage Children To "Fix Their Legs" When In The "W" Sit?

I have always done so and I have also noticed more and more that my weaker kids developmentally are the ones who sit that way.

How do you get kids to sit on their bottoms???!!! I have had both of these kids almost 2 years and neither can sit on their bottom. they are 3 and 4....

DCK is 1.5 yrs of age not even. On the chubbier side. I can feel in the legs there is no muscle tone. Very floppy legs. Walks, stands, etc.
