How do you all baby proof your fireplace? I've just been using a large comforter to put over it and that's been protecting the kids, but wondering if...

What do you think enabled the long-term bit?
What did you do or not do that providers you know who dropped out early did or did not do?

When the state came this week they told me to get rid of, or secure my floor lamps. i had them tucked behind furniture, but that's not good enough....

It lasted from 9:15 am to 2:30 pm!!! The inspectors were amazed at how well the kiddos behaved. So was I. ::
