No to Cloth Diapers

How to nicely let a client know that we don't cloth diaper?

Little one arrived wearing a cd today and a bag of them not stuffed or ready...

I currently don't allow cloth diapers. But had a call with someone asking for an infant opening and do I allow cloth diapers I said no and they hung up....

I am asking for thoughts on pull ups. do you like them or not ....and any other diaper related comments ....
