      Absolutely!! Just talk to your DR before taking ANYTHING. Decongestants typically have stuff in it that can dry up or reduce your milk production so just run stuff you want to take through your Dr. You also don't want to take something that can affect the baby, but again just run it by the Dr to get the ok. Better to be safe that sorry right?!

        Absolutely! In fact, nursing is best as you will provide your baby with your immunity that you are developing. In fact, I heard a story from one of our nurses when we had our DD last month, that she was told by her doctor to go to her daycare and spend time in the room, even touching things (blankets, rocking chairs, ect) in order to get immunity built up to pass to her baby! Makes sense, but I'd think those daycare workers would be thinking they had a crazy woman
