Seeking a Child Care Building to Lease or Rent in Oklahoma

We are looking for a daycare building that is pre-existing or set up for a daycare. Lease to own or rent to own option for our business. Must be large enough to hold 150+ children. Anywhere near Broken Arrow, Coweta, or Bixby, Tulsa areas in Oklahoma. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
