Hello everyone!
I have been wanting to open a daycare in Texas for over 5 years. I have gathered a lot of information, but haven't went to any banks for funding. I'm skeptical about getting any loans because I don't want to be in any debt for my first years of opening. So I have considered grants, but then I would have to be non-profit. I'm currently a director at a Head Start and considered partnering with them for funding. I have assessed a city which doesn't currently have a daycare, but there is a need. My goal is to open a center there. I'm really serious about getting the ball rolling this year. Does anyone have any suggestions about partnering with Head Start? Where can I obtain funding?
