How come to work with kids at a daycare you need college and other certifications but to work with them at a park district you don't? Why do daycare workers who need college get paid the same as walmart workers who do not? A teacher has usually up to 33 students in a classroom and need ether college and or a degree. A bus driver has up to 70 kids on a bus and only needs a CDL? happyface
