New Daycare Owner
This forum has been very helpful and I feel lucky to have come across it! I am opening a small center and am perusing for great idea and definite no nos.
None of our centers are open past 6pm so we plan to gradually extend our hours to 24/7. It's a big job, I know, but so needed. It's actually the whole reason why I even started.
If anyone has any helpful tips, I would be appreciative!
