Providers Like This Give Us All A Bad Name

There is no excuse for this. If you are overwhelmed, walk away, get out.

Barrett's 7-year-old son, Patrick Barrett, told a county social worker that he had seen his mother try to halt Keyara's crying by spanking and slapping her, covering her mouth, yelling, "Stop it!" and dropping her into the playpen.

Wong said the bruises around Keyara's jaw were consistent with finger marks from someone placing a hand over the baby's mouth and squeezing, court documents say.

OMG! "Injuries suffered by the other six other children included broken ribs, a broken arm, and deep bruising, prosecutors said.
Barrett's attorney, Deputy Public Defender Melissa Hale, said during the trial that Barrett was wrongfully accused of injuring the children, who she said were hurt primarily through accidents and rough play."

Sorry, broken arm and broken ribs? No, sorry, rough play produces bruises and scratches.

We've never had a child break an arm or rib playing. Wrongfully accused my eye.

I don't understand why she abuses those children if she can't be patient with them. Why the world she operated the daycare?? That doesn't make any sense. I feel sorry for her 7 years old son who had seen all of it.

          Wow. Just wow.

How does this provider justify something doing something like this to helpless children?

          It makes me sick.

              The provider was convicted yesterday.

The baby is still in a vegetative state. This baby girl was injured while her mother was in Afghanistan fighting for this provider's freedoms.
