Minute Menu Program????

Any one who uses the minute menu do you like it?

Can you create an invoice for parents even if they do not electronically send the money?

Can you create reoccurring invoices with out having e-mailing them to parents?

Trying to figure out if I want to use this program in cost $63 for a low introductory offer and another $63 in 12 months as a low renewal introductory offer. Not sure what it would be after that. Not sure if it is worth the money or would I get a better value using something else. Help please.:confused::confused::confused:

I have used it for 6 or 7 years. I like it. It really makes most of the accounting paperwork easier. Yes you can create invoices for those that don't pay electronically. Actually if they do pay electronically you don't need to create invoices as the system autmatically does. You can't set up recurring invoices though which is probably about the only thing I don't like about it. I go in once a month and create invoices for every child for the month.
