Just wondering if you can list the outline of your handbooks. Trying to start mine and feeling very overwhelmed by everything I need to put in it.

My first one just had headings for each topic and then a paragraph under it with the policy.

I'm in my 6th year and just finished my first MAJOR revision which was mostly due to participating in a quality rating system pilot program and some revisions I needed to make to comply with their standards. This time around I have tabbed sections for the core competency components and put the topics that fall into each component in their corresponding section. My contract is separate along with the authorizations that I am required to have signed upon enrollment.

Mine is 5 pages long, but with narrow page borders and only in a font size 10. It was 8 pages long, but I made the font smaller. This is the current order of my topics, yet I just can't decide if this is the final order. I'll take any tips for a better arrangement. The first half is mostly the general "duhh" parts, then it gets personal to my program.
