    New Provider

Hey everyone. I've been visiting the forum for a while but never posted. I'm a newbie, actually my state inspection is scheduled for two weeks from now. I've taken care of children for almost 20 years but this is my first time doing a home daycare.
I'm wondering if anyone can offer any advice? Mostly in regards to my state inspection (CT) but ANYTHING else is always appreciated!!

I don't have much to say about the inspection except to relax...it will turn out ok.

      Other than that, welcome!

The first visit is usually pretty laid back. They will probably give you a short list of things to fix/add/change and a due date that they will come back to check.

No worries. Most are not out to be gatekeepers.
