I suppose I wouldn't have even been concerned then either, so I'm thankful he told me. He even sent me pictures of the toy.
That's the part that bothers me the most. If she would have told me the whole story I probably would have had her take him right back home. So after him being at my house the whole day and being fine then I hear the whole story. If he would have had issues I wouldn't have really known why.

Now it's been the whole weekend and today, because I was closed today.

Since you don't have much info, I'm not sure how useful reporting it would be, but you do know there was a foreign object forcibly inserted into his rectum and you don't know for a fact that it was an accident. Leaving a 1.5yo in a tub without adult supervision is absolutely negligence, as well, but again, you weren't there and can't verify any of it.

I would keep a sharp eye out, now that you know this has happened once.
