Hi,
We are looking to start a licensed child daycare and we are looking for properties for this kind of usage. We are planning to start small with around 20-30 children.
One property we saw has one bathroom (a toilet and sink) inside the property and there is another toilet facility which is shared with other co-tenants. Does the daycare license giving agency specify that we need to have toilets "within our property", or do they agree shared toilets as well? If they need them to be within property, how many toilets and sinks should we have for 20-30 children?
Also, do we need to have physically separate rooms for toddlers, infants like that?
Appreciate responses.
This is in the bay area, California.
Thank you,
Hari
