Registration Renewal - Florida

Is anyone else registered in Florida? My registration is set to expire the 1st of December, I sent in the renewal information via priority mail at the end of October and have heard nothing back and my check hasn't been cashed. I've left 5 phone messages to the contact person for my area and have sent 3 e-mails to both the contact person and someone I'm hoping is a supervisor and have received no response.

I had the same troubles getting registered initially (frankly, I was surprised the contact person was still working there when it came time to renew). Is this normal? Is no news good news? Any ideas who I can reach out to?
