I have a ton of stuff I am looking through for becoming a Certified Home in Oregon. I just want to make sure I have all the correct things "posted", and if I have all my "
policies" in place. If someone has a link or anything else helpful to simplify the process please post!
I know for the health dept. I need procedures on a family style written meal plan, I already have a menu but does this mean I have write down how much I serve, what I serve it in, the chairs we sit in? Not sure what is wanted.
