Add On About DCM From Yesterday's Post

So remember DCM who was late yesterday. I text her this morning after drop off so I can get her updated work address and number for his enrollment form. I did truly need it but I also asked to see if she was lying. She gives me her temp agency's information and when I ask why she says she can't give out works info until she's permanent employee which I know is a lie.

Anywho, she also tells me she will be pulling dcb in April or MAY to be closer to her home which is also a total lie because if you truly did work 5 minutes away, why would you need to be closer to home.

I'm happy though because that makes room for someone who wants to come then anyway. BUT I told DH this is why you don't feel sorry for people and waive fees. They hold no loyalty to you or your business and will always do what is best for them and their family. Too bad for dcm I may have to term first. Good day!

Always trust your gut in these situations!

It is really sad that people feel the need to lie about this stuff.

It's so hard to learn the hard way that a parent is unappreciative of you waiving fees.

I would look to replace sooner, too. It just makes sense.
