Has anyone else had problems this week ordering from this website? I have tried for 3 days to order all of my Christmas crafts and I fill up the shopping cart, then it disappears
it's very frustrating

You can place your order on the phone too! (1-800-875-8480) You can also chat online with them. They have excellent customer service.

I just ordered from them yesterday and previously in the beginning of November and haven't had any technical issues...

I ordered a few days ago and I had trouble checking out, I had to restart checkout a few times.

I did a phone order and while I had 12 kids climbing all over me I had a customer service rep that was the president of slow talkers of America

he was super nice though
