Food Program Whoa's

Ugh, I'm suddenly having problems with the food program after a year. They have now counted me over ratio a couple months when I send in my paperwork and I'm not.

I called again and of course the person I need to talk to is out. What worries me is they should be reporting this, and they haven't that I know of, but what if they do and I'm not even over. This could cause a lot of stress for me when I'm not doing anything wrong.

Go back and verify that every paper is correct - sign in and out times, child counts, etc. I'd stop the fp till it was cleared up. It's not worth the cost of licensing coming in and doing an audit.

I'd contact my licensor to explain the situation and hopefully head off a visit. The food program used to let you feed in shifts but they don't anymore. Contact your food program rep to see if she can help out too.
