Changing Table Cover?

What do you have on your changing table? We use a water proof vinyl cover that gets sprayed and wiped between diaper changes. Was curious if anyone used anything else that was easier or more efficient?

I do not use a changing table. I use a multi-fold kindergarten style napping mat on the floor.

I use a large, disposable sheet of deli paper under each child.

4 foot counter top on top of a table. Smooth surface is easy to clean. Holds larger children easily and safely.

I use the changing pad uncovered, wipe with bleach & water between changes.

I don't use a changing table, either. I used disposable waxed paper sheets (from a restaurant supply or CostCo). So much easier!
