I base my program around preschool, that is why I get most of my clients. However, they all come full day.
The past few weeks I have had multiple inquiries regarding am preschool only 8-12. I only have 2 spots opening up next month.
I feel like I have to charge pretty close to the FT rate as I obviously won't realistically be able to fill those afternoon spots. I am no longer offering after school care.
How do you handle this? Would you just focus on finding FT children, or entertain the idea of a PT preschool child?
What are you preschool rates like compared to your FT rates?
