Youngest at Home, Oldest at Daycare

I have had "babied" children in the past, whether they were only children or the youngest of the family. But I have one child now who takes the cake. He is the youngest out of 3 kids in their family, but he just turned 5 and is one of the oldest here. He is very whiney and lies a lot (blaming silly little things on his older brothers). His self help skills are barely there... Surprise surprise. Dcm wants him to work on his letters and numbers more, yet they NONE at home. I feel like I need to be paid more for this Kid, for all the work I do for him. Ugh. Just venting...

Turn it back on them. Say "sure DCM, have him bring with him what he has been working on at home and I will work with him on those things". He won't bring anything to work on, because he isn't doing anything. If she sends a blank workbook, say "well I see he isn't working at home, I don't see what I can do here".
