    Preparing for 6 Month Inspection?

My registrar called to schedule a time for my 6 month inspection. She said it would be a full inspection, similar to the one she conducted before I opened. Any tips on preparing for these? I always try to be ready for pop-ins, but are there additional steps you take for these longer, more formal visits?

    Thank you!

    1. Hazards. 2. Ratios. 3. Paperwork. 4. Immunizations.

After that, it is a breeze (except for the whole violation of privacy thing if your state goes into your bedroom and closets like mine. )

Toothpaste, soap, lotion, wipes, chap stick, deodorant and shampoo, etc. *in reach* get way too many newbies; they are a toxic chemical 'ya know. :: Also, door stops to protect fingers and refrigerator/freezer/hot water temps. Fire drill records.

    You got this.

Get a copy of the form she will use.

      Make 2 copies.

Copy one, make your notes for yourself on what needs to be done.

Copy two, hand to her when she walks in. Note on this one where she will find everything she needs to look at. Make sure any files have every component, in the order she will look for them.
