Does anyone have a letter or notice template that they give to parents when the daycare will be closed for 1 day in a couple weeks?

I don't have a template. When I closed I used this:

Dear Susie,


This letter is to inform you that on Friday, April 8, 2016 we will be closed. Payment will be due on Thursday April 7, 2016. We will e-mail friendly reminders throughout the next few weeks. Enjoy the weekend!
