23 yrs in the biz...and I discontinued SA'rs. In all the past years.. I gave "teacher's kids" a no pay for school weeks off... because I had SA on those weeks off.....and made up the money easily with SAers. This fall I signed on 2 teacher's families...now I have 3 teachers (2 from each family)and one non teacher. So...I need to figure out to compensate for 5 weeks off of income lost from the teacher families.....because they actually STAY home with their kids...any ideas make it look like a rate hike?
