Anyone have problems with parents who pay multiple times on the same invoice in Minute Menu?? This parent somehow paid 5 times and is now FREAKING out. This is the 3rd family who has somehow paid multiple times. Is there a way I can cancel the payments or does she have to cancel through the bank? I have a question sent into minute menu, but I thought you guys might be able to help me faster.

You already did the right thing. I had a parent do that too. I emailed them and those payments never went through.
And 5 times! Wow. I have had a parent pay twice because they didn't close the browser but MMK is set up so a parent can't pay you unless you input information saying they owe you. That's a very strange thing for them to have happen to them.- Flag

I think my parents are paying on their phones. If you don't close the browser the payments will keep going through on the same invoice. I Have warned them multiple times to always log out. I'm ready to just switch everyone back to cash. Then they all blame me or MMK and I'm thinking, you're the idiot who didn't log out! Although I feel like MMK shouldn't allow people to pay for the same invoice twice either. I Don't know... So frustrated!- Flag

I have only had this problem twice. Both parents learned their lesson the first time. If the problem was persistent, I would institute a policy as follows:
MMK may inadvertently transmit more than one payment on the same invoice if you do not log out. It is just as important to log out of MMK as it is to log off of your banks website.
My policy is as follows:
If you accidentally pay the invoice more than once, you are responsible for contacting MMK to stop the payments.
If there is more than one issue with MMK online payments (eg: returned payments, multiple payments on the same invoice) your account will be converted to cash only terms.
