When a child leaves, whether it is because you asked the family to leave or the parent has chose to have their child leave, what do you say when the other daycare parents ask where has such child been?

It is not of their business why or how another parent left. -
It depends. I don't go into any detail really but my last child I termed after 2 weeks so I simply said "It was a stressful decision but I decided to let Amy go". that was it. I was prepared to answer questions but didn't get any. Some of the behaviors of the other kids changed a bit while she was here and I said something along the lines of "it's been a stressful week" but that's it.Comment
