Does anyone have a behavior plan they can share?

I have a dcg4 that Has been having behavior issues (hitting, spitting, pushing, etc). I have been talking to parents and of course dcg never does it at home

Im at the point where I need to make a decision about putting her on a warning or something. I was thinking of a behavior improvement plan but I don't know where To start.

I have one at home I can share later.

But I don't think there is a one size fits all. You need to ask yourself and decide how much more of this are you willing to deal with. Has it possibly already gone to far? Or is there a chance to still work it out.
Normally for me if its been going on this long and you have already talked with parents nothing is going to change.

Are you talking about a behavior plan as in- steps that both you and the parents would both take to eliminate the behavior? Or an, if this doesn't get better in 2 weeks we are going to terminate care plan?

If it's the first one; I can give you a behavior plan template. However, daycare is right. Behavior plans are child and behavior specific. That said, the templates I have will help you through the process of creating one for the little one you are caring for. If you pm me your email, I can send them to you.
