Spillproof area rugs?

My childcare/preschool is in a carpeted area of my home. I have cute area rugs under the kid size tables to minimize damage to my carpets. I have found that the brand I have does well with a small spill, but if a child spills the whole cup it leaks through to the carpet. Has anyone had luck with a specific brand of area rug? Lakeshore? Kaplan? I need another solution. Thanks!

Oh, good! Glad to help. Best investment I made to protect my floors from all the melting snow and mud and rain and sand that gets tracked in.
