Help with closure letter ~ How does it sound?

Should I had more? Give the actual reason? I have a feeling that this will bring up a lot of questions and I don't want parents wondering if they should ever have left their children in my care.

Dear Families,

I have greatly enjoyed spending time with you and your children the past few months and have grown to love them as my own however I regret to inform you that I have chosen to no longer offer care for infants. Due to various health and family issues it is just no longer feasible for me.

I understand that this may cause some difficulties for you and your family and I will continue to offer infant care until September 18th, 2015 to give you time to arrange for a new caretaker. Payment will still be required for any days that children are in my care.

Please understand that this is in the best interest of everyone, my health and my family must come first.
