Awesome thanks! Why do you have them make their personal accounts on social media private? Just curious.- Flag

Dcp can search anyone and anything out online can paint an ugly picture of you and if a parent thinks I hire bad people they will assume I have bad judgment when it comes to selecting an employee.
This is speaking from prior experience. Many companies require this. It is a direct reflection of my preschool program.
How would you feel if you found your daycare asst online doing a beer bong or sitting in car with a beer in hand??? It doesn't look good and not the people I would want to represent my company.
If that's what you do great. But don't be stupid enough to put it out there for the would to see. That's just pure silliness.- Flag

i would really stress the importance of showing up on time...in my state they don't allow you to be over capacity for any reason at all. so if your asst is late and you are over ratios, you do run the risk of getting into trouble.- Flag
