Hello!!
I will be going on my 5th year of DC and thinking about raising the rates. I have never increased before and wanted to know if there is a positive way of doing this. I seem to be about average in my area , and only increasing of $10 per week. I also give a multi fam discount as well. Just with everything going up each year I feel its only fair that I can increase also.
