    the invisible bruise

Dcm comes for pick up and asks "oh! What happened?". I didn't see anything. She tried to point out a purplish bruise that she saw by dcg (14 months) eye. I told her many times that I didn't see anything. She said "that's odd" that I didn't see it. Yeah it's odd!!!! There is not anything there. That's why I don't see anything. It is odd that you are insisting that there is a bruise there.
Now I'm starting to worry. I am legally unlicensed btw. Times like this I wish I were so I could have some advice. Maybe I should have taken a picture right then. Maybe I should have written something up. This dcm is cookoo but this tops it.

I would have taken a pic and written something up. But it isn't to late to write up an incident report.

I wish I thought to do that in the moment. At this point all I can do is take a picture at drop off tomorrow morning.

"I don't see anything DCM. But I'll take this picture for my files anyway and note that I didn't see anything, but you did....."

She'll feel stupid that you have her "bruise" on file and that nobody else will see it either. Hopefully it'll stop her pulling that one again.

        If she does....term.
