Full time to only after school care?

one of my dcks will be going to 1st grade next year. DCM approached me about possibly picking her up from the bus stop and bringing her back to my house to watch her until pick up since her little brother would be here anyway. I don't mind doing this but I am having a hard time trying to figure out how much to charge.
I will have to pick her up at her bus stop and then will have her for about 2 hours after I pick her up mon-Thursday.
I want to make it worth my time/energy but don't want to charge too much.

What would you all charge for this? Or how would you figure out how much to charge?

Do you have an hourly rate? If so charge that and maybe an additional fee for picking up from bus. Our bus stop is in my yard, got lucky when we moved in here . But if it was where I had to go to it, I could charge for that service.

I charge half my rate, and then for days off of school, the full daily rate.

Eg. 175 FT rate

87.50 before and after school rate, + 17.50 for each day off of school that they are in attendance.

My program charges $60/week for Before or After school care Only.
($80 for both)

The bus picks them up and drops them off right in front of our building too.
